Because our services involve digital, non-tangible goods that are delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription period has begun and features have been accessed.

Technical Issues

If a major platform error prevents you from using your subscription benefits for more than 48 hours and our team is unable to resolve it.

Duplicate Charges

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period due to a system error.

Trial Period

If your plan includes a "Free Trial," you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period expires.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Requesting a refund because you "forgot to cancel" before the renewal date (we provide a 7-day advance notice to prevent this).
Account suspension due to a violation of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
Partial use of a billing cycle (e.g., wanting a refund 15 days into a monthly plan).
